Yoga is the mastery over the fluctuations of the mind.

Most of us make yoga a form of physical exercise. But as written in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, true yoga begins when we quiet the mental noise, break free from overthinking, and reconnect with our true nature.

The Four Gateways to Mind Mastery

How Yoga Asanas, which seem like physical postures, work profoundly to stabilize and steady the mind.

Conscious Breath

By bringing your active awareness to the breath, you anchor your consciousness firmly in the present moment, dissolving intrusive thoughts of the past or future.

Mental Resilience

Encountering difficulty in posture is not a failure. Every repeated attempt to balance is training your mind in persistence, focus, and unwavering dedication.

Somatic Release

Yoga asanas are geometrically aligned to release deeply stored emotions and tensions in the body, restoring neurological balance and freeing your mind from blocked baggage.

Steady Body, Steady Mind

When the physical container becomes stable and comfortable (Sthira Sukham Asanam), the breath naturally slows, and the mind becomes completely quiet.

“Your tiredness isn’t because you’re busy. It is because your body is carrying stress you haven't noticed. Stress doesn't just live in your mind—it lives in your nervous system and muscles too.”

Find Calm in this Moment

Before you continue reading, take a moment to reset your nervous system. Box breathing is used by elite performers to clear mental fog, reduce stress, and anchor awareness.

1. Inhale deeply through your nose as the circle expands.
2. Hold your lungs full as the circle stays still.
3. Exhale slowly and completely as the circle contracts.
4. Hold empty before starting your next breath.

Hi, I'm Prajakta

I am a 900-hour certified yoga instructor who believes that the true beauty of yoga lies far beyond physical flexibility or gymnastic shapes.

For years, I guided people through manifestation and mindset work. Over time, my journey led me deeper into the ancient roots of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. I realized that the modern world is suffering from a massive over-thinking and over-stimulation problem.

My classes are designed as spaces of nervous system reset for the emotionally exhausted, the chronically stressed working professionals, and the overthinkers. I teach you how to use your body and your breath as direct tools to regain mastery over your mind.
