Most of us feel the law of attraction is a secret. However, the law of attraction is a simple phenomenon stating like attracts like. Seems simple enough, right?

If you think: “I have too many problems” you are focusing on problems and you are including problems in your life.

If you say: “I shouldn’t be alone” you are focusing on being alone and you are including that into your life.

If you feel: “I love my wife” you are giving attention to feeling satisfied in your marriage and the Universe will send you more of that.

The basics of the Law of Attraction are pretty simple. Like attracts like. Energy flows where attention goes.

What’s important to know is that the Law of Attraction works all the time, no exception.

The Law of Attraction responds to everything you think, the words you speak and the emotions you feel.  In other words, you are the creator of your own reality.

What is Manifestation and How Does the Law of Attraction Work

Manifestation is a three-step process.

  1. Ask- You set your goals, Know why you want to achieve them. Bring absolute clarity to how does it look like.
  2. Believe – This is the most critical step. Most of the time our goals are our wishes and hence we say I want XYZ, but when its time to believe we get connected to reality and feel, I cant achieve this. So you will have to learn how can you believe what you actually want. Unless you see it in your mind, its not gonna come in reality.
  3. Receive- Receiving is allowing that energy to flow towards you. Here you have to work on your mental blocks which stop things from coming to you. In your own mind, you don’t allow them to reach by creating doubt, worry, fear.

In short, manifesting is a the process to know what you want, supported by the law of attraction, and then creating your mindset in a way you will be able to achieve what you want!

Everything leads you to the last and most important step: taking action.

Here are 5 super easy steps to start your manifestation journey


1. Be clear about what you want

One of the most fundamental questions you should ask yourself when manifesting your dream life and you want to achieve all your goals is what you really want.

To really find out what you want, it is mostly not enough to look for the WHAT but also the WHY!

The question about the WHY is where our true desire often comes to light.

Most of the time what we want is we think the best solution to why we want. For example, I want to leave the job and start my own business. So starting my own business is what I want but why always remain ignored. The why is because I want freedom in my life. So according to me, a business will give me freedom. But is doing the business only way to get freedom and does every entrepreneur has freedom? Something to think about.


2. Declutter your space, mind, and relationships

Clutter is one thing that blocks the energy physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we keep clutter around us, energy can not flow freely and which is why de-clutter is one such process which is very important if you want to manifest what you want.

When your physical or mental space is cluttered, then your energy is blocked.

But when your physical and spiritual space is decluttered…

Miracles begin to happen… Money will flow freely; relationships will become more harmonious and health will become vibrant.

The problem is that any overwhelm in your environment will create massive blocks to the flow of possibility.


3. Overcome fear of failure

Listen; fear is all in your head.

Fear is an imagination of something that hasn't happened yet, and most likely never will. And unfortunately, this fear can totally block us. Yet it is the most common mind block that stops a lot of people. People stuck with this mind block often worry about the challenges of the future. They get paralyzed by thinking about all things that may not go their way while taking in new challenges and risks. Over time this becomes dominant thinking and stops people from flying high and achieving full potential.

Overcoming this fear is simple and takes a bit of practice. But it's possible!


4. Practice gratitude, forgiveness and let go

Gratitude + Forgiveness+ Let go = Abundance

Gratitude, forgiveness and let go are three key elements of building an abundance mindset. 

When you are grateful for what you have, you signal to the universe that it "is allowed" to deliver more of this.

So you let your subconscious mind know; hey, I'm fine, and I love the things I already have! And your subconscious mind will do everything to keep it that way and bring more of those things which make you so happy into your life.

When you forgive and let go, you are allowing the energy which is blocked inside you to flow freely.


5. Learn to live with mindfulness

I think this point is very often overlooked when it comes to manifestation. We always live either in the past or in the future. But we miss living in this moment.

Try to focus more on the present. It is important that you see yourself successful in the NOW and not just in the future.

If you concentrate on what will be in the future, you will never experience these things in the here and now.

The more you concentrate on what you are doing here and now, the more you will realize when and what kind of action you need to take.
