Gratitude is such an amazing thing! The more you focus on things you are grateful about, the more things you will get to be grateful about.

When you focus on things you don’t want, you don’t like, you will naturally have fear, anxiety, uncertainty and lot of complaints. If you are tuned into the frequency of lack, you will attract more of what you don’t want.

However, when you focus on what you do want, your body and brain react similarly, leading you to make decisions based on hope, love, and gratitude.

When you focus on gratitude, you tell yourself that you already have so many things and there is abundance of everything. This vibration itself calls for more things in life.

Now, you might be thinking, if my life is not going the way I want, what should I be thankful for? Here is a list of 365 things you can be grateful for. Pick one each day to start attracting more and more in your life.

Remember, it does not matter whether it’s a small or big thing. It’s the feeling of gratefulness that matters.

52 Things to be Grateful For

1. Home

The beautiful place where you stay. Doesn’t matter whether you own it or not. It gives you shelter every day.

2. Family

Without whom you won’t have anyone to fall back on when things are not going well.

3. Friends

Someone who stands by all the good and bad we go through in our life.

4. Office

The place where you work everyday for your living.

5. Pets

Not everyone would like pets but the one who loves would surely know the aliveness they bring even when no one is around

6. Food

The primary source of our energy. Without food we wouldn’t have survived. Think of the people who need to beg even for the food.

7. Fridge

So much convenience it has brought to the kitchen because we can store things just the way they were when we brought them.

8. Electricity

Can you even imagine life without electricity? How much efforts we are saved from when we have different electrical gadgets to help out.

9. Mobile

Our best friend now a days. From communication to entertainment to utility is helps us with everything. Our all time buddy now a days.

10. My body

We take our body so much granted but if you look at how much importance it has, because it’s your house for your soul. If your body functions well, you can also function well.

11. Cloths

Right from the basic need to cover our body to dressing up elegantly, cloths is something you should definitely be grateful for.

12. Car

Or your bike, or shoes, or skateboard. Whatever you use to get you to and from your daily duties safely and quickly.

13. Water

We all need clean drinking water and the ability to keep ourselves clean.

14. Eyes

We get to see this beautiful world because of these two eyes. Not everyone can see this world.

15. Computer

The most inevitable part of most of our life. Using a computer, you can achieve much more than many others who do not have the luxury.

16. Hands

Our hands are so important that all the work we do, we need them.

17.Legs

We won’t be able to move without them. They take us from one place to another.

18. Learning a New Skill

Learning new things lets you become a better person and gives you advantages in the job market.

19. Time

Time is our most precious resource. You can always choose to use it wisely. And always be grateful for.

20. Skin

Skin is the largest organ in our body. It protects us from the outside weather and keep our internal organs secure.

21. Markets

Having safe and clean markets to buy food gives you more options for a healthy lifestyle.

22. Restaurants

Restaurants allow you to enjoy good food and drinks with people you like spending time with. I love great food, so this shows up in my gratitude journal often. How about you?

23. Garden

A play area for children, a get to gather area for senior citizen and a rejuvenating spot for adults.

24. Plants

I have plenty of plants in my house and those just adds to beauty, calmness and pure air to my house.

25. Trees

Trees are powerhouse of oxygen without which we could not have survived. They are also an important factor of this ecology.

26. Sun

What is your experience on a gloomy day when you don’t get to see Sun. Sun rays adds the vibrant energy we feel around.

27. Moon

How many of you love looking at a soothing moon in the night with a breeze in your face?

28. Exercise

Exercise keeps you healthy mentally and physically and can be a lot of fun.

29. Adventures

Going on adventures expands your awareness and gives you memorable, joyful experiences.

30. Stars

I love star gazing, do you?

31. Rain

There is no Joy like getting wet in the rain, or just enjoying rain from your balcony with a hot snack on your table.

32. Fingers

Can you imagine working with 4 fingers? Will you be able to do the same functions at same speed even if you lose your one finger? I’m sure the gratitude for each finger must have aroused by now.

33. Ears

What if you don’t get to hear what people are saying. Communication is the key for us to experience the bond we share with people around us and listening is such a important function of it.

34. Swimming

Being able to swim is a lot of fun and can keep you nice and cool on a hot day. I visit the pool most mornings, so swimming is definitely on my list of things to be thankful for.

35. Tongue

I’m sure all of you must have experienced the tastelessness when you get a fever. Are you now grateful for the all the yummy things you get to taste?

36. Skills

Your skills help you in being a better person, earn money, perform.

37. Bed

The bed that you sleep on, most cozy, comfortable and relaxing space in the house.

Fruits, most nourishing pre-digested food, which we can eat just like that.

39. Thinking

As a human being we are been gifted with the ability to think which allows us to take out own decisions, make our life better and better.

40. Mobile charger, laptop charger

How will my life work without the powerhouse of my two buddies?

41. Quitting a Bad Habit

If you've quit something that was bad for you, then you are free from the bonds you were once in.

42. Your partner in crime

Your soulmate or your best friend your sibling, someone who is with you all the time like your shadow.

43. Technological Advancements

Technology has made our lives much more convenient, fun, and safe.

44. A Joyful Activity

Be thankful for something you do that brings you joy and peace.

45. A Shareable Activity

Anything you can do that brings you closer to other people and allows you to have fun.

46. The Internet

The internet has given us the ability to do way more than we could have ever done without. And without it, you could not read this list of things to be grateful for...

47. Waterfalls

Right from my childhood I am so much amazed by waterfalls. I always thinks from where does they get this much water supply constantly. Getting wet in a waterfall is my favorite monsoon attraction.

48. Stretching

Reduces stress and causes deep relaxation, which leads to health.

49. Meditation

Meditation is an exercise for the brain. It can keep you healthier, happier, and calmer.

50. Buying Something New

New clothes, a new car, or something for the home can give you a little bit of extra excitement.

51. A Growth Mindset

If you believe it, you can change any circumstance in your life for the better. If that isn't an amazing point to add to your gratitude list?

52. Vacation

The most memories gets created here. The most amazing time of my life which is just priceless

As you can see, there are tons of things to be grateful for. I'm sure you can come up with plenty of your own that are not on this list.

The more you focus on what you're thankful for, the more you will see more catalysts for joy in your life. So after reading this list you should never ask yourself "what should I be thankful for" again.
